Warm summer evenings on the front porch are perfect for refreshing cocktails. Learn how to make a Raspberry Limeade Tea Cocktail, Youthberry Wild Orange Cosmo, or a Red, White and Blue Mojito in time for Independence Day.

Raspberry Limeade Tea Cocktail

Makes two servings

  1. Chill two seven-ounce martini glasses
  2. Pour 1/2 cup brewed Raspberry Limeade Tea Base (see directions below) and citrus vodka in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake until well chilled
  3. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a slice of lime and fresh strawberries

Raspberry Limeade Tea Base

Makes approximately 15 servings

  1. In a large (32-ounce) Perfectea Maker, add Perfectea Rock Sugar
  2. Fill ¾ way with hot water
  3. Stir to dissolve sugar
  4. Add Raspberry Balsamico and Limeade Twist teas
  5. Top off Perfectea Maker with hot water
  6. Steep for 5-6 minutes
  7. Strain brewed Raspberry Limeade tea blend over a pitcher filled with ice
  8. Strain the ice cubes

Red, White & Blueberry Mojito

Makes two servings

  1. Combine teas with 6 ounces white rum and steep to desired strength.
  2. Add blueberries, simple syrup, fresh mint leaves, and lime juice.
  3. Muddle.
  4. Add two ounces tea infusion and crushed ice.
  5. Top off with club soda.
  6. Garnish with lime, mint and strawberry slices.

Perfectea Rock Sugar Simple Syrup: Heat equal parts rock sugar and water on the stovetop just until liquid comes to a boil and sugar has dissolved. Let cool. (You can also use Teavana’s Perfectea Maker by combining equal parts sugar and boiling water, let dissolve and cool.)


Youthberry Wild Orange Cosmo

Directions

Makes two servings

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
  2. Add chilled vodka, liqueur, iced tea base, and a dash of freshly squeezed lime juice
  3. Shake
  4. Pour into two 8-ounce martini glasses and garnish with tangerine wheel.

Youthberry Wild Orange Iced Tea Base

  1. Spoon loose leaf Wild Orange Blossom and Youthberry teas into a 16-ounce Perfectea Maker.
  2. Add near-boiling water (175°F) and fill to the top of Perfectea Maker. Brew for 2 minutes.
  3. Fill 16-ounce cup with ice. After brewing, place Perfectea Maker on cup and flash-chill brewed tea.
